Michael Maples' journey began five years ago in New York City.
While organizing, styling and assisting on countless photo shoots,
it became clear that it would be only a matter of time before his
artistic nature and natural curiosity would find him behind the
camera. His familiarity with the process of photographing people
and his appreciation of the art proved to be a successful
combination. Michael's grasp of capturing his subjects best
qualities at exactly the right moment were undeniable. |
Michael has been working non-stop for some years,
cementing his foundation in the world of fashion and commercial
photography. He has a vast range of experience as a model in
New York City, Paris, Milan and Greece have stood him in good
stead and give him the advantage of feeling for the subject on the
other side of the lens. Michael, originally from Tennessee, has
now chosen Los Angeles for his home.
